i do attack some members of luna but i dont catta some only take resourses but like lindy said they should cranny up so i dont get any resourses if they dont then i will be coming back

and yes they are active,
yes they have got crannies (6 to be precise)
and they are building up troops

and STILL being farmed and they are only getting 100's of resources...
